I’m rebuilding a 24-page cybersecurity website from the ground up and need a designer who can own the full experience—strategy, visuals, and hand-off. The overall tone must stay modern and minimalist; we’ll confirm the exact colour palette together once the first art-direction options are on the table.
Scope of work
The engagement starts with a concise strategy brief and information architecture, then moves through low-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and finally a polished design system with all supporting graphics. Everything must be documented for smooth developer hand-off and WCAG-compliant accessibility checks.
Key deliverables (formats are non-negotiable)
• Strategy brief + IA — PDF + sitemap
• Wireframes + clickable prototype — Figma
• Content & people system — spreadsheet or Notion-ready tables with schema markdown
• Art-direction lock — Figma + PDF
• Characters, illustrations, icons, glyphs — SVG masters + PNG exports
• Type specimen & licence list — Figma + text file
• Hi-fi UI + component library — Figma shared library
• Motion spec — short written spec or Figma video snippets
• Handoff package with a11y notes & QA — Markdown / annotated Figma pages
• Asset inventory — CSV (name, use, page, alt intent)
Acceptance criteria
1. Every page and component matches the approved modern-minimalist direction.
2. Components are built as reusable, labelled variants in Figma, ready for dev tokens.
3. All SVGs are delivered as clean, single-layer vectors with meaningful IDs.
4. Accessibility notes cover colour contrast, focus order, and ARIA where relevant.
5. Final inventory cross-references page URLs, asset names, and alternative text.
If this end-to-end package is within your wheelhouse and you’re comfortable iterating directly inside Figma while syncing content tables in Notion or Sheets, let’s talk timelines and checkpoints.
