Senior Full-Stack Developer — Private Enterprise Messaging Platform
We are seeking an experienced developer/small team to build a secure, web-first internal communication platform for 10–100 users, inspired by WhatsApp/Discord but not a clone.
Core Requirements
• Admin-controlled registration using unique invitation/registration codes
• Email-based accounts; no phone number required
• Unique username-based search only; users must not be discoverable by name/email/phone
• Restricted profiles showing only approved information
• Real-time 1-to-1 messaging, file sharing, audio/video calling
• Granular per-user permissions for messaging, calling, files, groups, etc.
• Admin control over users, sessions, access, logging and security monitoring
• Call recording and required audit logs
• Group access/creation only when authorized
• Web-first architecture with future desktop/mobile expansion
Development & Ownership
We are not interested in CodeCanyon/marketplace scripts. We prefer your own proven framework or clean custom development.
Full source code + IP ownership + repository + documentation must be transferred. Code must be maintainable by future developers without vendor dependency.
