Red Ember Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant (German C1) for their client. We are looking for self-motivated, disciplined, and solution-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will assist airline passengers worldwide with flight-related queries. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to research and navigate airline policies, and excellent computer proficiency.
Requirements
Advanced German proficiency at C1 level (Required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and EnglishValid Namibian citizenship, permanent residence, or domicile statusStrong computer literacy and typing skillsCustomer-focused approach with the ability to deliver exceptional serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environmentAbility to work independently and manage customer interactions professionally
Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
Option 1: Grade 12 qualification with 6–12 months of relevant experienceCompleted NQF Level 4 / Grade 126–12 months of customer service and/or call centre experience
Option 2: NQF Level 3 qualification with 2–3 years of relevant experienceCompleted NQF Level 32–3 years of customer service and/or call centre experience
ADVANTAGEOUS QUALIFICATIONSA diploma or degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Education, or a related field is advantageous
