• Access Point deployment – place and tune APs so employees and guests enjoy stable, building-wide Wi-Fi.
• Server dasar on VMware – install ESXi, create initial VMs, configure and test the RAID array, then document the build.
• Router and Switch setup – rack, cable, and configure routing, VLANs, and essential firewall rules.

Manage service requirement
I want ongoing monitoring, preventive maintenance, and rapid troubleshooting for every installed device. Please outline the tools you use for 24/7 alerting and how you handle incident response.

Deliverables
1. Fully installed and tested hardware with clean cable management.
2. Documentation for CCTV layout, AP placement, server configuration, and network topology.
3. Monitoring dashboard handed over, alerting enabled for all devices.
4. Monthly maintenance checklist plus contact procedure for on-demand support.
