Customer Service and Virtual Assistant Needed

The Role

This is a hybrid Customer Service and Virtual Assistant role. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers while also supporting day-to-day admin and operational tasks behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Service:

Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat with warmth, clarity, and efficiency
Managing tickets in Gorgias — tagging, prioritizing, escalating where needed
Handling order updates, shipping questions, returns, and complaints with a calm, solutions-first approach
Maintaining a consistent, premium brand tone in every interaction
Virtual Assistant:

- You'll fulfill orders manually using ERP/Online platform.
- Create reports, daily, weekly and monthly using AI tools.
What We're Looking For

Prior experience in customer service for an e-commerce brand
Hands-on experience with Gorgias (this is a must)
Experience with Shopify
Experience with logistics, you know what logistics is on a high-level.
You can create reports easily, and comfortable.
You're looking for a stable long-term position.
You want to grow, learn and work with a dynamic team.
You can work in a high-paced environment.
