Freescout Basic Skills Training

I have Freescout up and running and now need help becoming productive with it. My priority is user training and ongoing support focused on the fundamentals—no deep-dive development work, just clear, practical guidance so I can manage everyday tasks confidently.

I’m looking for one-on-one sessions conducted live (screen-sharing via Zoom, Google Meet, or a comparable tool). In these calls you’ll walk me through the core workflows: creating and replying to conversations, organizing mailboxes, using tags, saved replies, collision detection, and basic reporting. If questions pop up after a session, I’d like quick follow-up answers in chat or email so I can keep moving without delay.

Deliverables
• 2–3 live training calls (60 min each) scheduled to suit our time zones
• A concise cheat-sheet or short video recap covering the topics we covered
• Up to one week of post-session Q&A for minor issues or clarification
