We’re supporting a consultancy who are designing and developing a global workshop programme for a life sciences client’s customer engagement team. The work will span three therapy areas — Respiratory, Dermatology and Rhino-Gastro — using one shared framework tailored to each area.

Tasks

Run alignment sessions with global and country teams to gather inputs and shape workshop content

Develop the workshop theme, structure, session flow and gamified activities across three therapy areas

Produce facilitation materials and supporting communications, including guides, country comms, video and newsletter content

Requirements

An independent consultant

2–4 years’ experience in customer, marketing, communications or engagement-focused consulting

Strong workshop design and content development experience

Creative, organised and confident working with multiple senior stakeholders
