Customer Database Update Project

I need ongoing help updating customer information inside our web-based database. I’ll supply the raw data—mostly CSV exports and the occasional scanned form—and ask you to log in to the CRM, locate the correct record or create a new one, then enter or amend names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses exactly as provided. Accuracy is more important than speed; every field must match the source file and any uncertainty should be flagged for review rather than guessed.

You should be comfortable working in English, navigating spreadsheets in Excel or Google Sheets, and moving efficiently through a browser-based CRM. Secure handling of private customer records is essential; access credentials will be issued once we have an NDA in place.

Deliverables
• All supplied records correctly updated in the live database
• A brief activity log noting completion time and any entries that could not be verified
