My Laravel-based web app is live but a few database-related glitches are breaking key features and the overall look is starting to feel dated. I need you to dive into the codebase, track down the database errors that surface during queries and record updates, patch them properly, then give the interface a facelift.

Backend task
• Identify the root cause of the current database errors (failed inserts, unexpected null returns, or slow joins) and resolve them without introducing regressions.
• Confirm fixes with meaningful unit or feature tests so we can see green before we deploy.

Frontend task
• Rework the Homepage and Product pages with a clean, minimalist aesthetic. The layout has to be fully responsive, load fast, and stay consistent with modern UI/UX practices. Feel free to use Blade components, Tailwind, or another lightweight CSS framework if that speeds things up, but keep the final bundle lean.

Deliverables
1. Updated Laravel code with database issues fixed and committed to Git.
2. Redesigned Homepage and Product pages (HTML/Blade, CSS, any assets).
3. A short changelog explaining what was fixed and how to test it.

Acceptance
The app should run without SQL errors, pages must render correctly on mobile and desktop, and Lighthouse scores should stay above 90 for performance and accessibility.
