Customer Data Excel Entry

I have between one and fifty customer information forms on paper that must be transcribed with absolute accuracy into a clean, well-structured Excel file. Each form contains typical contact and account details—names, addresses, phone numbers, email, purchase notes—nothing overly complex, but I need every field captured exactly as it appears on the page.

You will receive high-resolution scans of the forms. I expect you to:

• create a single .xlsx workbook with clear column headers that mirror the form fields
• enter all data without omissions, spelling mistakes, or formatting inconsistencies
• cross-check your work before sending it back so I can import it immediately without further edits

Confidentiality is essential because the sheets contain personal information. A quick turnaround is appreciated; let me know how soon you can comfortably deliver once you see the material.
