Customer Data Entry Cleanup

You’ll be working directly with our existing Excel sheets that hold customer information. The job is straightforward but detail-critical: transfer every record into a consolidated file while checking each field for accuracy, correcting inconsistencies, and eliminating duplicates or obvious errors. I also need the data scrubbed so names, phone numbers, and email addresses follow a consistent format before we upload anything to our CRM.

Please use the full range of Excel tools—filters, conditional formatting, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, and data validation—to speed up verification and cleaning. A keen eye for spotting typos and mismatched entries matters more to me than sheer speed, so take the time to get it right and leave a clear audit trail of any changes you make.

Deliverables
• One master Excel workbook with all customer records merged, verified, and cleaned
• A brief change log describing corrections, removed duplicates, and any entries you flagged as questionable
