Accurate Paper Data Entry

I have a stack of paper documents that now need to live in a searchable digital format. You will receive high-resolution scans of every page and your job is to key the information into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you’re most comfortable with). Accuracy is more important than speed; each value must match what appears on the page, with any illegible sections flagged for my review rather than guessed.

You may find a mix of printed and handwritten notes. Where handwriting is perfectly clear, simply transcribe it; where it isn’t, leave a short comment so I can double-check. I’m happy to answer questions as you go so we keep rework to a minimum.

Deliverables
• A completed spreadsheet containing every data point from the provided pages
• A brief log of unclear entries or anomalies for follow-up
