I need a bespoke WordPress theme built from the ground up for a static, service-focused site that showcases my professional consulting offerings. The goal is to keep the simplicity and speed of a traditional static site while leveraging WordPress for easy content edits.

The design should be clean, modern and fully responsive. It should include below pages:

- Home Page

- Services Page
- Detailed Service Page
- Portfolio
- All Blogs page
- Detailed Blog page
- Contact us page

- Should be editable with Elementor plug-in.
- Should be convenient to work with all other plug-in like SEO etc
- Should not be cracked or copied theme from already available themes
