We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to help us build a modern recruitment website for our new hospitality recruitment platform, Crewer.
We have already found a WordPress template/theme that we like and would like a skilled freelancer to customise it and turn it into a professional, functional recruitment website.
The project will involve:
Installing and configuring the WordPress template
Customising the design to match our branding and vision
Setting up the website structure and navigation
Creating pages for job seekers and employers
Setting up job listings and job search functionality
Allowing employers/venue owners to post hospitality jobs
Allowing candidates to search and apply for jobs
Creating user registration/login functionality where required
Making the website fully responsive for desktop and mobile
Integrating relevant plugins and third-party services where needed
Basic SEO and website performance optimisation
Ensuring the website is easy for us to manage and update ourselves

Can customise an existing WordPress theme rather than simply installing it (similar concept as https://ecater.io)
Understands user registration, job listings and application systems
Has good attention to design and user experience
Can communicate clearly and suggest better solutions where appropriate
Can build a clean, professional and scalable website
