Custom Windows 7 Data Analysis Program

stand alone internet free old laptop windows 7 program - no excel no google sheets - basic I open and run and input data all self contained easy to use.
3 digit numbers, square roots, 360 degree spheres, degrees & minutes, calendar tracking - like from a date to a date number of days, storage of data for 370 days then drops off, input data twice daily, showing results of queries and where that result came from - there will be many results from all queries so knowing from where is important. will be 10 columns of numbers, 3 digit numbers, finding and using commons, taking commons and applying to sphere and applying numerical tasks.
There is a process - these are just items in and around that process, so if you can take all this data and mash it together and create results with showing some of the work then you can handle it - if youre skeptical please dont apply. This is very detail oriented and any minor goof and the system is junk.
I am not a tech so I cannot speak your language so if you can take my thoughts and create what I need then by all means give it a shot. I drive for a living so my communication is spuradic and sometimes a day or three will go by but im still here until we get it figured out. Ill do what i can during the week to answer questions but sat & sun is best for me to be available at computer to hash things out.
