I need a seasoned blockchain engineer to build a full-fledged blockchain dedicated to a native USDT-pegged stablecoin. The core objective is to launch a standalone network—node software, token logic, wallets, explorer and basic APIs—so the coin can circulate independently of existing chains while remaining 1:1 redeemable against Tether.

Scope of work
• Design the chain architecture from the ground up, choose and configure an appropriate consensus mechanism, and document the rationale so non-technical stakeholders can follow the decision.
• Implement the chain code, deploy a minimum viable mainnet with testnet parity, and package binaries or Docker images for easy node spin-up.
• Create the stablecoin smart-contract logic (mint, burn, transfer, freeze) with built-in compliance hooks and transparent audit trails.
• Deliver lightweight web and mobile wallets, plus browser-based block explorer with search, balance, and transaction history.
• Expose REST/JSON-RPC endpoints for merchant integration and provide sample code snippets in JavaScript or Python.
• Set up automated testing, security hardening, and documentation covering installation, validators, and upgrade paths.

Acceptance criteria
– Genesis block launches and network reaches finality within agreed block time.
– Stablecoin supply operations succeed with provable reserve accounting.
– Explorer shows real-time blocks, addresses, and TXs.
– At least three nodes (1 validator, 2 peers) run on separate VPS instances under my control with clear deployment scripts.

If you have built or forked blockchains (e.g., Tendermint, Substrate, Cosmos-SDK, Hyperledger Besu) and can move swiftly from design to launch, let’s discuss timelines and any prerequisites you need from my side.
