Custom PHP & Python Development

At LOW Budget. New Freelancer Needed. I have a set of web-based features that span a PHP back-end and several companion Python services. Some parts still need to be built from the ground up, others need refactoring, optimisation and thorough bug-fixing so the two languages cooperate smoothly.

There is no fixed framework mandate yet; clean, well-tested code matters more than the tool choice, so we can decide together whether Laravel, Symfony, FastAPI, Flask or another stack best fits each module after you review the current repository.

The deliverable for each milestone is a working, version-controlled slice of functionality with unit tests, clear inline documentation and a short deployment note so I can reproduce your results on the production server. Frequent Git commits and concise progress updates will keep the workflow transparent.
