Custom HTML/CSS Website Build

I need a full-featured website developed completely in custom HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript—no WordPress, Wix or other builders. The site will include a blog section where I can post ongoing website updates and general articles, so please set up a clean, reusable page template that makes adding new entries simple.

I already have my content outline and basic branding ready; your focus will be coding a fast, responsive layout, styling it to match my colours and typography, and making sure it renders consistently across modern browsers. Lightweight, well-commented code is important to me because I plan to maintain the site myself after launch.

Deliverables
• All source files (HTML, CSS, JS) clearly organised
• A main home page plus the blog template wired into the navigation
• Any images, icons or fonts used, with proper licensing information
• Deployment instructions so I can push the finished site to my hosting account
