Custom Ghost(Pro) Website for Documentary Brand

I need a custom Ghost(Pro) website built for a new editorial/documentary brand to be provided.
The domain and logo will be provided to the successful bidder

This is a premium editorial and documentary platform focused on:
power, technology, innovation, history, ideas and civilisation.
The site will publish:

The design should feel like a premium documentary / editorial publication, not a standard blog or newsletter template.
