I have several sheets of mixed numerical-and-text information that need to be brought into a single, well-structured Excel workbook. Your task starts with clean, accurate data entry, then shifts to shaping that data inside a custom template you’ll design from scratch to suit the content and workflow we agree on.
Within that template I need:
• Reliable sorting and filtering options so I can isolate records quickly.
• At least one thoughtfully built pivot table that summarises key trends at a glance.
• Data-validation rules that prevent future entry errors (dropdowns, permissible ranges, or other logic where appropriate).
Once the file is complete, I should be able to hand it to a colleague with minimal explanation, so clear labelling, consistent formatting and a tidy layout are essential. Please deliver the finished .xlsx file plus a short set of notes describing how you structured the workbook and how to refresh the pivot table(s).
