Airbnb Talent Sourcing Recruiter

I need a resourceful recruiter who can track down and engage Airbnb-savvy professionals for a new Co-Listing Agent role my team is opening. The target profile is very specific: experienced property managers who have already navigated day-to-day Airbnb hosting tasks and understand the platform inside out.

Your day-to-day work will be straightforward: search online communities, LinkedIn, Facebook groups or any creative channel you like, screen profiles and have a short qualifying chat. During that call you’ll introduce the opportunity, verify they truly have hands-on Airbnb property-management experience, and field basic questions using the information pack I provide. When someone is genuinely interested, collect their CV plus any relevant portfolio details, then hand everything to me. I will take it from there.
