Custom E-Learning Platform Development

I need a developer who can build a custom online-learning platform geared toward students only. The course itself will be delivered through text-based lessons complemented by interactive quizzes, so the system must make it seamless to read, practice, and track progress in one place.

Core workflow
• Students sign up, log in, and land on a clean dashboard showing their current lesson, completion percentage, and quiz history.
• Each lesson page should support rich text (headings, images, code blocks) and let me edit or add material through a simple admin view.
• Quizzes need multiple-choice, true/false, and short-answer formats, auto-graded where possible, with instant feedback and a running score.
• Progress is stored in a database so learners can leave and return without losing their spot.

Deliverables
1. Fully responsive front-end (mobile-first, modern JS or a framework you prefer).
