Custom compact PCB derived from the Arduino Nicla Vision hardware architecture
Main MCU: STM32H747
Retain:- GC2145 camera
- IMU
- Wi-Fi/BLE
- external flash/memory required by the original design
- USB programming/data
- battery charging
- battery monitoring/power management

Remove:- onboard microphone
- onboard VL53L1CB ToF sensor
- unnecessary expansion/connectors not required for the final product

Add PONO TSD50 LiDAR- UART communication
- dedicated power supply
- 4 solder pads: VCC / GND / RX / TX

Battery:- 1S Li-Po
- approximately 350 mAh
- battery remains permanently connected

One momentary push button for:- system power ON
- controlled shutdown/OFF

One USB port must support:- battery charging
- firmware programming
- USB communication

Battery must be able to charge even when the main system is OFF
Compact product-grade PCB
Target: preferably 6-layer PCB
Proper ESD/protection, decoupling, test pads and SWD programming pads
PCB should be production-oriented, not just a proof-of-concept
Original Arduino schematic, camera documentation, IMU datasheet, PONO TSD50 manual and modification document will be provided
Freelancer must perform:- schematic review
- power-budget review
- ERC/DRC
- DFM review
- component availability check

No fabrication release until design review is approved
