Custom BC Ship-To API

I need a developer who can extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with a custom AL API page that exposes the Ship-to Address table (Table 222). The endpoint must let external systems both read and write ship-to codes and related address data, since BC offers no built-in API for this object.

Scope of work
• Build a versioned API page in AL that surfaces every necessary field from Table 222.
• Implement full CRUD support – at minimum GET, POST, PATCH and DELETE operations must function.
• Secure the endpoint behind simple API-key authentication; no OAuth flow is required.
• Provide clear installation instructions plus a short Postman (or REST Client) collection so I can test each operation immediately.
• Package source as an .app file and include the full AL project folder.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can call GET /shipto/{Id} and receive the expected JSON for an existing record.
2. I can POST a new ship-to address, then verify the record is created in BC.
3. PATCH correctly updates a field without overwriting unspecified values.
4. DELETE removes the record and returns the proper HTTP status code.
5. All traffic is rejected unless the x-api-key header contains the valid key I define in setup.

Timeline is ASAP; please indicate how quickly you can deliver and any prior BC API work you can reference. I have a sandbox ready and can grant you a development license immediately.
