Curate Budget Sisli Hotel List

I’m traveling soon and need a concise, well-researched shortlist of budget-friendly hotels in Istanbul’s Şişli/Nişantaşı area that offer breakfast included and have single rooms available.

Please identify at least five viable options and supply:
• Current nightly rate range and any taxes/fees called out separately
• In-room and on-site amenities (highlighting the included breakfast)
• Distance on foot to the nearest metro stop and to the Nişantaşı shopping streets
• Recent guest rating averages from trusted platforms (Booking, Google, etc.) with review count
• A direct booking or official website link for each property

The list should be delivered in an easy-to-scan table or spreadsheet so I can compare quickly. Accuracy is key—I’ll spot-check a few details before deciding.
