Crypto Legal Researcher Needed (India)

Freelance Legal Research – Crypto & Digital Assets

We are looking for an Indian legal professional, paralegal, or law graduate for freelance/part-time work related to cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital assets in India.

Responsibilities
- Research Indian laws and regulations related to crypto/digital assets
- Reviewing and summarising relevant Indian laws, regulations, rules, notifications, circulars, and government guidelines
- Review and summarise RBI, SEBI, FIU-IND, PMLA, taxation and other relevant regulations
- Preparing clear legal research notes, summaries, and documentation
- Supporting with other legal documentation and research tasks as required

Requirements
- LLB/LLM or relevant legal background
- Strong Indian legal research and writing skills
- Good understanding of regulatory/compliance matters
- Crypto/FinTech experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to use and reference reliable official sources

Work Arrangement
