Crypto Flash Transaction Desktop Tool -- 2

I am building a desktop-only application that can generate and manage USDT Flash TRC20 transactions with full control over their behaviour on the blockchain. The core requirement is the ability to push transactions that can remain in the recipient wallet for a user-defined period, show whether they settle with zero or full confirmations, and allow the funds to be forwarded at least twice to any other wallet type (SegWit, legacy, or bch32).

Key capabilities I need implemented:
• Create TRC20 USDT flash transactions and manually set how long they stay visible in the wallet.
• Choose low-, medium-, or high-priority network fees to speed up confirmation.
• Display real-time status (zero vs. 100 % confirmation).
• Full wallet compatibility, including SegWit and legacy addresses.
• Re-spendability: funds must be transferable to another wallet a minimum of two times.
• Built-in VPN, Tor, and proxy options for privacy.
• Single, secure admin interface only—no additional user roles.

Deliverable
A compiled desktop app (or an Electron / Python build) with a clean UI, installation guide, and source code.
