Cross-Platform Production Management App

I'm looking for a developer to create an intuitive cross-platform mobile and desktop app compatible with iOS, Android, and Windows. The app aims to replace manual paperwork, streamline data capture, and facilitate analysis across all levels of the production chain.

Key Requirements:
1. A centralized system for line supervisors to capture shift-wise data, which automatically aggregates into daily, weekly, and monthly trends.
2. Hierarchical structure support: Operators and Team Leaders report to Supervisors; Supervisors report to Managers; Managers oversee 2-3 lines per Line Incharge; Admin and Guest modes for additional roles.
3. Time-efficient data capturing mechanism where supervisors can input required information in minutes, minimizing time on paperwork.
4. Role-based performance dashboards at every level (Operator, Supervisor, Manager) to monitor and enhance production performance.
5. Pre-defined formats and documents will be set up beforehand for supervisors' routine inputs through a streamlined channel.
6. Logic: Supervisors are primarily responsible for data entry currently. In the future, as the system stabilizes, the task may be extended to other members within the chain.
7. Features include flexible reporting timelines (daily, weekly by week number, MTD, YTD, custom ranges), production graphs/trends.
8. Alerts and notifications system to guide operations without being too intrusive.

Ideal Skills:
-Proficiency in cross-platform development tools.
-Strong understanding of UI/UX design to make the app both easy to use for supervisors and detailed enough on the backend for analytics.
-Experience in creating role-based dashboards and flexible reporting features.
