Cross-Platform Mobile App Needed

I have an idea ready to move from concept to the hands of users on both iOS and Android. The scope covers everything from the first line of code to store submission, so I need a developer who can handle design, front-end and back-end work, testing, and deployment in one rapid cycle.

Speed is critical—ASAP really does mean as soon as humanly possible—so you should already be comfortable with an accelerated workflow, quick iterations, and clear progress updates. You are free to pick the tool-set you trust most (Swift + Kotlin natively, or a framework such as Flutter or React Native) as long as the finished product feels fully native on each platform.

Essential deliverables
• Complete, well-structured source code
• Builds ready for TestFlight and internal Android testing
• Final binaries submitted to the App Store and Google Play (with my developer accounts)
• Basic deployment documentation so future updates are straightforward
