Cross-Platform Mobile App for Coffee Shop

We are looking for a developer to build a cross-platform mobile application for a coffee shop chain.
The backend (REST API + Swagger documentation) is currently being developed by our team, so we only require the mobile client development.

Core Features (MVP):
Registration & Authorization: Phone number login via OTP code.
Home Screen: Bonus balance, loyalty QR code for in-store scanning, and promotional banners.
Catalog (Menu): Categories (Coffee, Tea, Desserts) and product cards with modifiers (e.g., choice of milk, size, extra syrup).
Cart & Checkout: Map integration to select a coffee shop for pick-up, including specifying the preparation time.
Payment: Apple Pay / Google Pay integration and standard card payments LiqPay.
Order History: A one-click reorder feature for previous purchases.

Tech Stack: Strictly cross-platform development — React Native or Flutter.
