Meeting Reminder App with WhatsApp, SMS & Push Notifications
Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced developer to build an internal meeting management and reminder application for our company.
The application will allow team members to schedule and manage client meetings through personal calendars. An admin account must have full visibility and control over all meetings, while standard users should only access their own meetings and client information.
The system must send automated reminders through WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app push notifications before scheduled meetings.

Required Technical Skills
Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, or Java
Experience building scalable web applications with user authentication and role-based access control
Experience with background jobs, scheduling systems, and delayed task processing (e.g., BullMQ, Celery, AWS SQS, or similar)
Experience integrating third-party APIs, especially:
WhatsApp API / Twilio
SMS providers
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications
Experience handling webhooks, delivery status tracking, and retry mechanisms
Experience developing responsive web applications (mobile browser compatible)
Previous experience building multi-user applications with admin dashboards, Please share relevant portfolio examples
WhatsApp API experience is mandatory. Please confirm previous experience with approved WhatsApp templates and automated messaging workflows.
