Cross Platform Doubt Clarification App

I’m building a mobile solution that lets muslim one post their doubts related to hadith and get real-time help from imam and alim. I need the complete application delivered for both iOS and Android, sharing a single codebase where possible to keep maintenance straightforward.

Core requirements
• User profiles – each muslim or imam should have a profile with photo, bio, subjects of interest, stats, etc.
• Messaging system – one-to-one and small-group chat so users can discuss a doubt privately before publishing the final answer. Push notifications must be reliable.
• Activity feed – a scrolling timeline that shows new questions, answers, likes and follows in chronological order.

Additional notes
• I’m open to React Native, Flutter or another proven cross-platform framework; suggest what you’re most comfortable with and why.
• Clean, intuitive UI/UX is a priority because the target audience is teenagers.
• Please include a lightweight admin panel (web or mobile) so I can moderate content, flag abuse and pull basic usage analytics.
• I will need the full source code in a private Git repository, build instructions and a short hand-off session once the job is done.
