Creator Outreach & Acquisition Specialist
We are launching MoneyBoy, a new premium platform for male content creators, and are looking for an experienced Creator Outreach & Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our initial creator community.
The platform also welcomes creators producing 18+ content, so you must be comfortable working within this creator space.
This is not a simple list-building or virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who combines strong online research with direct outreach, marketing thinking, and a high degree of independence.
What you’ll do
* Research and identify relevant male creators across X/Twitter, Instagram, creator platforms, websites, agencies, communities, and other relevant sources
* Discover new channels and methods for finding high-potential creators
* Qualify and prioritize prospects based on relevance, audience, activity, reach, and overall fit
* Build and maintain well-organized prospect lists with relevant information and contact details
* Identify the best way to approach each creator
* Contact creators through social media DMs, email, or other appropriate channels
* Introduce MoneyBoy using our website, creator landing page, explainer video, and messaging guidelines
* Follow up systematically and develop initial contacts into genuine interest and registrations
* Track outreach activity, responses, follow-ups, and conversions
* Regularly share insights on what is working and suggest ways to improve our outreach strategy
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in creator/influencer outreach, creator acquisition, talent scouting, influencer marketing, creator management, or a closely related field is important.
Experience with subscription-based creator platforms or 18+ creators is a strong advantage.
We are particularly looking for someone who is:
* Excellent at online research and prospecting
* Experienced in direct outreach and follow-ups
* Proactive, resourceful, and highly self-driven
* Able to think like a marketer rather than simply follow instructions
* Comfortable testing different approaches and improving messaging
* Organized and disciplined in tracking prospects and conversations
* A strong written communicator in English
* Able to work independently with clear objectives and guidelines
We will provide the platform information, marketing materials, general outreach guidelines, and initial direction. From there, we expect you to bring your own initiative and ideas.
The key question we want you to constantly think about is: Where can we find the right creators, what is the best way to reach them, and how can we turn that first contact into a successful registration?
What success looks like
Success is not simply the number of names added to a list or messages sent. We will look at:
* Quality and relevance of creators identified
* Consistent growth of our qualified creator pipeline
* Quality and personalization of outreach
* Response and engagement rates
* Interested creators and completed registrations
* Your ability to independently identify new acquisition opportunities
