TPR | Content & Partnerships Coordinator Remote | Part-Time | £££/month | Long-Term Opportunity

About TPR TPR = Thrive • Pursue • Respond TPR is a growing personal development and speaking platform founded by Mike O, focused on helping people navigate life well — not just perform well.

We work across education, personal development, speaking, leadership and future-focused conversations.

I’m looking for a creative, proactive and organised Content & Partnerships Coordinator to become part of the early TPR team.

This is more than a video editing role. I’m looking for someone who can help me turn ideas into content AND turn relationships into opportunities.

THE ROLE
CONTENT
Help turn TPR’s existing speaking footage, interviews, testimonials and ideas into engaging content.
This includes:
* Editing long-form videos
* Creating Instagram Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts
* Repurposing one recording into multiple pieces of content
* Identifying strong hooks, quotes and moments * Adding captions and text overlays
* Basic audio and colour correction
* Selecting appropriate music/audio
* Applying the TPR visual identity
* Helping organise our content library
* Identifying opportunities for new content
* Supporting the scheduling and publishing of content across platforms

The key is that I don’t just want someone who can edit. I want someone who can understand the message.

If I give you several pieces of footage, I want you thinking:
“Why has Mike included this?”
“What’s the story here?”
“What is the strongest message?”
“Could this become a Reel?”
“Could this quote stand alone?”
“How can I repurpose this?”

TPR is about the message, not the messenger. The content should make the message relevant to the audience - not simply make Mike look good.

WHAT I’M REALLY LOOKING FOR
I’m looking for someone who is: Curious. Proactive. Creative. Organised. Reliable. Teachable. Good with people.

You don’t need to know everything.

But I need you to be someone who looks for answers rather than waiting to be told what to do.

If you notice something that could improve TPR, I want you to be comfortable saying: “I’ve noticed this. What if we tried this?”

That’s the kind of person I’m looking for.

⸻ TPR BRAND
You’ll be working within an established identity: THRIVE — stability, identity and becoming grounded
PURSUE — vision, wisdom, direction and systems
RESPOND — making aligned decisions under pressure

The wider message: Helping people navigate life well — not just perform well.

The content should feel: * Modern * Clean * Authentic * Thoughtful * Impactful * Human * Premium without being over-produced I’m not looking for generic corporate content or excessive effects.
Message and storytelling come first.

WHO WOULD BE A GOOD FIT?
You might be:
* A video editor
* Content creator
* Social media manager
* Marketing graduate
* Communications student * Virtual assistant with strong creative skills
* Business/marketing enthusiast
* Young professional building experience * Someone interested in entrepreneurship
* Someone looking to develop their career in media, marketing or partnerships

I’m particularly interested in people who are hungry to learn and want to grow alongside an early-stage brand.

SKILLS
Ideally, you will have experience or interest in: Content
* Video editing
* Short-form content
* Social media * Storytelling
* Captions/text overlays
* Content repurposing
* Canva or similar design tools

HOW TO APPLY

Please don’t send a generic:

“I am interested. I can do this job.”

I want to know you.

Please answer the following:

1. Tell me about yourself

Who are you, what are you currently doing and what are you trying to develop professionally?

2. Why this role?

What interests you about combining content + partnerships/outreach?

3. Content

A folder will be passed to see how you edit

* A 2–3 minute edit that finds the overarching story.
* A 45–60 second edit that distils that story.
* A few short-form extracts identifying individual moments, quotes or themes that could stand alone.

It’s become clear that there is a lack of creativity and differentiation between a a 45 second video and a 3 minute

Hence the Test is MANDATORY.

4. Creative thinking

Imagine I give you several hours of TPR speaking footage.

What would you look for before you start editing?

Tell me your process.

5. Partnerships

Imagine TPR wants to reach 50 secondary schools in London.

How would you go about finding the right people and starting those conversations?

6. Initiative

Tell me about a time you saw something that needed doing and didn’t wait for someone to tell you to do it.

7. TPR

Based on this advert, what do you understand TPR to be about?

8. Availability

Please state hours per week could you realistically commit?

9. Location

Where are you based and what time zone are you in?

IMPORTANT

I’m not necessarily looking for the person with the biggest portfolio.

I’m looking for someone who can see opportunities.

Someone who can watch footage and find the story.

Someone who can turn one video into five pieces of content.

Someone who can research an organisation and understand why TPR might be relevant.

Someone who can build a relationship rather than simply send a message.

Someone who is willing to learn, take responsibility and grow.

If that’s you, I’d love to hear from you.
