I’m looking for someone who can completely own our Instagram, YouTube and Telegram channels from the comfort of home. Each week you’ll turn raw ideas into engaging Reels, Shorts, Canva-based posts and day-to-day Stories that speak to our largely Hindi-speaking audience.
Your day-to-day will include planning a content calendar, trimming footage into punchy vertical clips, writing keyword-rich captions and hashtags, jumping on trends before our competitors do, and watching the numbers to tell us what’s working.
What you’ll rely on:
• Confident short-form video editing
• A naturally creative mindset that keeps the ideas flowing
• Fast trend and competitor research skills
It would be ideal if you have a feel for Hindi copy and past experience running multi-platform accounts, but attitude and portfolio matter most.
Weekly deliverables:
1. A 7-day content calendar covering all three platforms
2. Edited Reels/Shorts plus matching Canva graphics
3. Captions with SEO keywords & hashtags ready to post
4. A brief performance summary and next-step recommendations
