I am looking for a freelancer to design and develop a simple, professional website for a U.S.-based CPA firm serving small and midsized businesses and individuals.

I will provide all finalized written content and information for the website. I do not need copywriting or content-development assistance—the project is limited to website design, development and launch.

Professional, modern and trustworthy design appropriate for a CPA firm
Mobile and tablet optimization
Contact and inquiry form
Calendar integration for scheduling consultations
Payment portal integration
Social media and email links
SSL security certificate
Fast loading and user-friendly navigation
Basic accessibility features
Basic SEO setup, including keyword placement, page titles, meta descriptions, local SEO and Google search indexing
Google Analytics and Google Search Console setup
Regular backups, security updates and malware protection

Please specify in your proposal:

Your fixed price for the complete website.
The platform you recommend, such as WordPress, Wix or Squarespace, and why.
The estimated completion time.
The number of revisions included.
Whether calendar and payment integrations are included and whether they require separate subscription or transaction fees.
Any hosting, maintenance, theme, plugin or license costs that will recur annually.
Your annual charge for hosting, maintenance and future updates, along with the number of updates included and the typical turnaround time.
Whether I can pay the domain and hosting providers directly.
Confirmation that the domain, hosting and website accounts will be registered under my name and email address.
Confirmation that I will receive full administrator access and retain complete ownership of the domain, website content and files.
Whether the website can be transferred to another provider if I discontinue your maintenance services.
