Courthouse Painting Reconstruction

I have a reference image attached. Repaint it as a high-detail digital oil in 19th-century American luminist style: quiet moonlight, painterly brushwork, still and slightly mysterious — not gloomy, not cheerful.
Match the reference composition, building, trees, fence, dirt road, and lighting. Do not add people, cars, poles, or new buildings. Do not crop or rearrange the courthouse.
This is a reconstruction, not an enlargement. Work at native resolution. No AI upscaling, no Gigapixel, no Photoshop Image Size.
File
Uncompressed flattened TIFF, 11,950 × 7,200 pixels, 300 PPI, Adobe RGB or sRGB.
Minimum I will accept: 6,000 pixels on the long side, painted at that size, not upscaled.
One giclée for a small museum exhibit and personal frame. Must look solid from 4–8 feet.
Please confirm you can deliver that pixel size and send a sample of a large night or landscape oil you have painted (not a filtered photo). Also send turnaround and whether two rounds of revision are included.
