The Role
As a Data Analyst at Brighty, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business and product decisions. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to uncover trends, monitor KPIs, and optimize user experience in our fast-evolving fintech and digital asset ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources (app, CRM, marketing platforms, financial systems)
Writing and optimizing MySQL and PostgreSQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets
Working with BigQuery for large-scale data analysis and cloud-based data warehousing
Building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Metabase to visualize key metrics and support decision-making
Conducting cohort analysis, user segmentation, and retention studies
Supporting A/B testing and growth experiments with statistical insights
Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to define data-tracking requirements and ensure data accuracy
Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, structured way
We're Looking For Someone With:
University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (fintech or product analytics experience preferred)
Strong proficiency in SQL / MySQL
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and data modeling
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
