Cost Effective Material Estimate

I already hold complete 2-D drawings and photorealistic renders for a residential project and now need those visuals translated into a precise, product-based material estimate. The scope covers the living room, kitchen and one bedroom, and the brief is firmly geared toward cost-effective solutions rather but should look luxurious.

Using the plans I provide (PDF/DWG and JPEG renders), you will break down every visible finish, fixture, fitting and item of loose furniture, then recommend readily available products that achieve a similar look at a sensible price point. Please include material requirements in quantity, manufacturer or supplier names, SKU links where possible, and up-to-date unit costs so I can order straight from your schedule.

Deliverables
• A room-by-room spreadsheet (or BOQ) showing: description, product reference, quantity, unit price and subtotal
• Short notes beside any proposed substitutions that explain how they preserve the design intent while lowering cost
• A single summary page with overall material spend, plus any bulk-purchase or supplier discount suggestions

Acceptance will be based on completeness (all items visible in the drawings are accounted for), clarity of supplier information, and realistic local pricing. If you are comfortable working this way, I will forward the drawing set immediately so you can begin the take-off.
