Convert PDF to Editable Word

I have a PDF that must become a clean, fully editable Word document so I can revise the text without fighting with broken formatting. During the conversion I still need every image available in two ways: left in place inside the Word file so I can move or resize it, and also provided as separate image files for reuse elsewhere.

Keeping the original structure matters—especially the tables and any ordered or bulleted lists. If a table spans multiple pages it should stay intact, and list levels must carry over exactly as they appear in the PDF. Fonts can change if necessary, but the visual hierarchy and alignment should feel the same.

Deliverables
• A .docx file with all text editable, images embedded and movable, original tables and lists preserved
• A folder containing each image extracted at its original resolution

I’ll consider the job complete once I can open the .docx, edit any paragraph as normal text, rearrange images, and copy-paste tables or lists without loss of layout.
