Corporate Networking Event Videography Needed

I’m hosting an indoor corporate networking evening and I need a professional videographer who can capture the natural flow of conversations, handshakes, and brand moments without intruding on the ambience. Alongside the event coverage, I would like polished footage of our food outlet displays so we can repurpose the material for future promotional use.

You’ll be focusing exclusively on the networking sessions rather than formal presentations or staged entertainment, so an eye for candid, story-driven shots is essential. Clear, well-balanced audio of background dialogue and ambient venue sound is important to retain the authentic feel of the gathering.

Deliverables
• 3- to 4-minute highlight film that we can share with stakeholders
• 30-second social media teaser in vertical format
• All usable raw footage, neatly organised by scene

Acceptance criteria
• Footage is colour-corrected and stabilised, ready for immediate use
• Final exports supplied in 4K MP4 (H.264) plus an editable project file (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve)
• Food outlet shots must include close-ups of dishes, service flow, and brand signage
