E-commerce Business Acquisition Specialist

I'm seeking an experienced professional to assist in purchasing an established e-commerce business that sells physical goods. I am Canadian and my family and I have found a business to purchase in order to proceed through an E2 visa application. We already have an immigration lawyer, but require a business lawyer to put together our agreement documents in order to purchase the business. We have already found the business and have agreed terms, just need them written up.

Key Requirements:
- assist in compiling business purchase agreements
- experience with balance payments going into escrow until visa approval

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in e-commerce business acquisitions.
- Experience with E2 applications as part of a business deal is a bonus
