Corporate Event Video Coverage

I need complete event-style videography for an upcoming corporate gathering. Your camera should stay fixed on every keynote speech so the presenters’ words and on-screen slides are captured crisply, while a second roaming setup gathers natural shots of the networking sessions that follow each talk.

I will handle any editing later, so I’d like the full, untouched raw footage delivered in high-resolution format the same day (hand-off on SD cards or a secure cloud link is fine). Please bring professional cameras, reliable lavalier microphones for the speakers, and a gimbal or shoulder rig to move smoothly through the crowd. House lights are decent, but a small LED panel or two could help in dim corners.

We occupy a downtown hotel ballroom from 8 AM to 5 PM; access for your load-in starts at 7 AM. Business-casual attire and a low-profile working style are essential. When you reply, share one or two samples of past corporate work and list the gear you plan to bring so I can coordinate with the onsite AV team.
