Dramatic 2D Logo Animation

I'm looking for a skilled animator to create a short 5-10 second 2D animation of my film production company logo. It's a simple 2D logo where you could easily recreate the elements. It's two shapes and three text elements.

Requirements:
- Both text and icon/graphic of the logo need to be animated.
- The animation should convey a dramatic and intense tone.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 2D animation software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating dramatic animations
- Experience with logo animations
