Corporate Event Highlight Videography

I need a versatile shooter who can handle both video and stills during an upcoming corporate event. The focus is on producing a polished highlight reel that blends crisp footage of keynote speeches and presentations with dynamic coverage of our workshops and breakout sessions.

You will be on-site for the full program, moving between the main stage and smaller rooms to capture engaging angles, natural sound, and reaction shots. Fast-paced handheld work, occasional tripod setups, and clean audio via lapel or shotgun mics will all be essential. After the event, I’ll look for a concise 2- to 3-minute highlight video (colour-graded, with lower-thirds and licensed background music) plus a curated set of edited photographs ready for web, internal comms, and social media.

Deliverables
• 2-3 min highlight video in 1080p/4K (MP4)
• 50–70 retouched photos (JPEG, web & print resolution)
• Raw footage and images supplied on request

Acceptance criteria
• Speeches and workshops clearly audible and in focus
• Smooth cutaways that illustrate attendee engagement
• Final assets delivered within 10 days of the event
