I have it partially written out. Need some idea's. Sec compliance. Just need Mock up for investor start up.

I need a clear, investor-ready study of our corporate cashflow that speaks both to outside investors and to the farmers who run day-to-day operations. The focus is on how investment returns flow through a portfolio of agricultural projects, so every figure must tie back to real farm performance and projected yields rather than generic industry ratios.

You will work with the raw transaction data I provide—bank statements, input invoices, crop yield reports and existing pro-forma sheets—and turn it into a clean, auditable model. I want to see exactly where the money comes in, how it is allocated, and how surplus or shortfalls develop over time. A concise narrative that highlights assumptions, risks and seasonal cash swings will be essential for stakeholders unfamiliar with farm cycles.

Key deliverables:
• Dynamic cash-flow model (Excel or Google Sheets) with clearly labelled assumptions and linked schedules
• Summary dashboard with monthly inflows/outflows, IRR and payback metrics on each agricultural project
• Brief written commentary (2-3 pages) explaining variances, investment return drivers and actionable insights

Accuracy is paramount. Please be comfortable reconciling large transaction lists, building waterfall schedules and presenting results in a visually intuitive format. If you have experience with crop-based finance models, let me know—it will shorten the onboarding time considerably.
