I have a legacy project built in core PHP that was previously hosted on cPanel. The very first step is to bring the site back exactly as it was by restoring the full backup I already have. Once it is running again, I need a set of enhancements and clean-ups completed in the same code-base and reflected inside a new Android WebView app that will be published on Google Play.

Key tasks after the restore
• Inventory management – import products, stock levels and future orders from CSV, then allow ordering directly against the live inventory inside the admin panel.
• User notifications – every order update, promo or system alert must be written into the user’s account; either the user or an admin can delete each notice.
• Persistent address book – a user’s city and address are saved once and must remain stored after every logout.
• Product enquiries – show all enquiries in the admin dashboard for fast follow-up.
• Attendance module – simple in/out or hours-worked capture, stored alongside the existing tables.
• Order book – searchable log of every past order, visible to admin.
• Android delivery – wrap the restored website in WebView, ensure smooth navigation, then compile, sign and upload to the Play Store; there will be no public web front-end, only the mobile app.
• Login approval – new accounts stay inactive until an admin flags them as approved.
• House-keeping – delete every unused file and folder from the cPanel account and fix the webmail service so it sends and receives again.

All other existing functions must stay untouched. Everything should remain in core PHP without introducing frameworks. Source code, SQL scripts (if altered), the signed APK/AAB and clear deployment notes will mark the job as finished.
