I’m putting together a project that sits at the intersection of copyright and text creation. Specifically, I need two things: 1) sharp marketing materials that pull readers in and convert, and 2) well-structured contracts that protect everyone’s interests without smothering the deal.

For the marketing side, I’ll provide the brand tone, target audience profiles, and key product benefits. Your job is to turn that into attention-grabbing copy ready for brochures, emails, and landing pages—polished, on-message, and optimized for clarity and persuasion.

On the legal side, I need contracts drafted from scratch (service agreements and NDAs to start). They must be written in plain English, compliant with standard commercial practices, and easy for non-lawyers to understand while still offering solid protection.

Deliverables
