Copy typing work in new version

I have a digitally created PDF made up of text only, and I need the entire document retyped into Microsoft Word so the new file mirrors the original exactly. Every font choice, line break, paragraph indent, and spacing detail that appears in the PDF should look the same when I open the finished .docx.

Because the source is a true digital PDF, you may copy and paste to speed things up, yet I still expect a careful proofread to catch stray line shifts, extra spaces, or dropped characters. Accuracy matters more than speed; I will be checking the Word file side by side with the PDF before I sign off.
