Expert Lawyer/Barrister/Solicitor for Civil Litigation (Breach of Fraudulent Misrepresentation and Fraudulent Breach of Fiduciary Duties and Tort for a direct loss claim)

Need an experience civil litigation lawyer/barrister/solicitor to draft me the following Hong Kong High Court civil litigation cases:
- Prepare a Generally Endorsed Writs.
- Prepare a Detailed Writ of Summons. (We will decide which version to submit to Hong Kong High Court)

- Full Statement of Claim.
- Letter of co-operation letters to witnesses.
- Without prejudice and to save costs letters to all defendants.
- Invitation letters to witnesses.
- Draft letter marked without prejudice and to save costs to a listed company to confirm if they intend to sue based on statutory Derivative action for reflective losses.
- Applications for substitute service.
- Interrogatories questions to ask all defendants during trial.

- Full and Frank Disclosure obligations.
- Chain of Custody.

- Need all the legal reasons to successfully apply for an extension based on the 6-year statute of limitation period to pause the limitation clock in both cases.

- Need a list of identified weaknesses that defendants may challenge including defence in both cases.
